Kim Dettwiller - President
 
Kim Dettwiller is President/Owner of Team Strategies, LLC, a communications company that she started in 2000. Team Strategies provides public relations services for small business, not-for-profit organizations, individuals and corporate clients.  Although Kim owns her own company, her niche is to provide an in-house role as part of her client’s overall team where she works behind the scenes to support them in their mission and success. 
 
Since 2000, Kim has worked with the Competitor Group’s Country Music Marathon & ½ Marathon.  The event has seen tremendous growth since its inception 10 years ago growing from 7500 runners to a field of over 35,000 in 2010 with additions such as the 1/2 marathon and Kids Marathon. The race, along with the 2 day Sports Expo and post-race concert contributed over $44 million to the local economy in 2009.    
 
For over 11 years, Kim worked with NFL Head Coach, Jeff Fisher, on his community relations off the football field.  She organized and executed events such as the Comcast “Jeff Fisher & Friends” Charity Softball, NFL Coaching Clinic for high school coaches and role as spokesperson for the Country Music Kids Marathon as well as other numerous charity and speaking events raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for local and national non-profits.
 
For 3 1/2 years, Kim worked with Soles4Souls, the international shoe charity, during which they have experienced phenomenal growth.  In that time, the charity grew from 3 million to over 13 million pairs (one pair every 7 seconds) of new and gently worn shoes distributed in 125 countries, including Haiti, Kenya, Nepal and the United States. During this time, Soles4Souls launched Barefoot Week, a 50 city RV Tour, a celebrity fundraising website www.50kshoes.com, Clothes4 Soles and Project Haiti.  Wayne Elsey, the Founder and CEO, recently launched a new book “Almost Isn’t Good Enough” and received two 2010 Humanitarian of the Year Awards from K.I.D.S. (Kids In Distressed Situations) and Footwear News. 
 
Soles4Souls has been featured in Southwest Airlines Magazine, Runner's World, Ladies’ Home Journal, National Geographic’s Green Guide and The New York Times.  It has appeared on CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, BBC, CNN and thousands of regional news outlets across North America.
 
Prior to starting Team Strategies, Kim served as Director of Public and Community Relations for The Shop At Home Network and collectibles.com and Regional PR Director for Planet Hollywood, International and the Official All Star Café.  A veteran of numerous movie tours, promotions, premieres, grand opening galas, celebrity and charity events, she has executed high- profile events such as the World Premieres of Steven Seagal’s, Fire Down Below and Patrick Swayze’s Black Dog, GuitarTown Nashville and Austin, Coyote Ugly Nashville and Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino Las Vegas Grand Openings, Music City’s Walk of Fame launch and induction Ceremonies.
 
Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.  Aside from volunteering her time and resources for several local charities and political campaigns, she has also served on the Board of Directors the Gilda’s Club of Nashville, The Parthenon, Advisory Board for The Nashville Independent Film Festival, The Chris Sanders Foundation, Keith Bulluck’s Believe & Achieve Foundation, the Marcus Robertson Foundation for Children and the Comprehensive Care Center. 
 
Kim is currently a member of the Country Music Association, Academy of Country Music, the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Nashville Sports Council and SOURCE.  In 2010, she was featured in Strathmore's America's Who's Who and in 2011, she was selected as Nashville Business Journal's Women of Influence in the Entrepreneur category.
 
 
CaCee Cobb- VP, Entertainment Relations
 
As Vice President of Entertianment Relations, CaCee assists in strengthening current business, entertainment and media relationships with an emphasis on the West Coast. Currently, you can watch CaCee, along with Jessica Simpson and Ken Paves on VH1's The Price of Beauty.
 
CaCee Cobb was born on December 3rd, 1977 in Marlin, Texas. CaCee attended the University of North Texas where she studied Finance.
 
In 1998, CaCee was hired by Columbia Records to work in their A&R department with top recording artists Destiny's Child, Beyonce and Jessica Simpson. During her tenure at Columbia Records, her assigned artisits' record sales totalled over 40 million combined.
 
In 2004, CaCee moved from Dallas, Texas to Los Angeles. Upon her arrival in Los Angeles, she accepted a position working with Jessica Simpson in which she would assist Simpson in many different capacities as featured in the hit MTV reality series "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica" starring Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson. In 2006, Cobb went on to explore other opportunities. Simpson and Cobb remain the best of friends.
 
In 2008, Jessica hired CaCee to A&R her first ever Country album. Both Simpson and Cobb temporarily relocated to Nashville where Cobb acted as liason between Simpson and Sony Music Nashville.
 
CaCee currently resides in Los Angeles and contributes a great deal of her time to the Nashville based charity Soles4Soles, a charity that facilitates the donations of shoes which are used to aid the poverty-stricken worldwide. The charity is also well known for having coordinated relief efforts for the Asian Tsunami and Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
